Automatic Payment Plan- EFT & ACH
- NEW TO ALWA- The Association now offers an automatic payment plan that allows you to pay through an automatic deduction from your bank account. Sign up for automatic payment and your water bill will be paid on time, every time. (Download ACH Form Here) There is no fee for this payment service.
- To sign up fill out the ACH form and return it to our office either by email, mail, drop box, or in person during normal business hours.

- If you have a question about your ALWA account, please call the ALWA’s main office at (425) 222-7003 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM or Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

- We now offer an online payment option- Visa, MasterCard or Discover, through a third-party provider. Once registered you will be able to access your account, view usage, payment history, current balance due, and set up your account to make monthly reoccurring payments using your credit card.

- Bill Payer – Through your Financial Institution, you can arrange with your bank or financial institution to pay your bills from your account. Please note that it may take 5-7 days for payments to reach us.

- To make a one-time payment via credit or debit card, click here to visit our payment portal. This link will open in a new window. Without registration, the site allows for a one time “Quick Pay”. Please note, you will be charged a service fee of $2.95 or 3% over $60 whichever is greater.
