Bill Presentment Portal

 

To access our online bill presentment portal, click here.  To use this service, you must enroll in either recurring monthly electronic funds transfer (EFT) or electronic bill presentment with payments by regular mail or one-time EFT.  See the enrollment forms below.

 


 

One-time Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

 

To make a one-time electronic payment via ACH direct debit from your bank or credit union checking or savings account, click here to visit our payment portal.  This link will open in a new window.  The payment portal is owned and operated by Retail Lockbox Inc., Seattle, Washington.

 

NOTE: Payments made via this site should be submitted at least three (3) days before the payment due date to avoid late fees.  When you make a one-time payment through this site, a convenience fee of $1.00 (one dollar) will be added to your total payment amount. The third-party payment processor administering this service charges the convenience fee, not the Ames Lake Water Association. The convenience fee will appear on your bank statement as a separate transaction with the description displayed as “PS CONV FEE."

 


 

Electronic Bill Presentment with Recurring Monthly Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

 

To sign up for electronic bill presentment and electronic monthly recurring ACH debits, click here to download an enrollment form.  If you choose to opt in, please return this form to:

Here are some important things you need to be aware of:

 

·         If you choose this particular service, you will eliminate receiving a paper billing statement in the mail and can log into our secure bill presentment portal to review or download your bill each month in Adobe© PDF format.

·         In addition, your payment will be electronically deducted from your bank or credit union account on the due date.

·         The ALWA and its payment processor do not charge you any ACH processing fee for this particular service.

·         You will be able to review up to 24 months of bills in PDF format (i.e., up to two years after the program starts).  Each month, you will receive an e-mail indicating when your bill is available online.

·         Once you have enrolled, click here to access our online bill presentment portal.

 


 

Electronic Bill Presentment with Payments by Regular Mail or One-time Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

·         You will be responsible for either mailing a payment to our Seattle address or setting up a one-time, non-recurring ACH payment on our secure portal.

·         Please note that the payment processor who manages our bill presentment portal will charge you a $1.00 processing fee if you choose to set up a one-time, non-recurring ACH debit on our portal. The ALWA does not assess this processing fee. Also, there is no processing fee when you choose to mail your payment to our address in Seattle.

·         Once you have enrolled, click here to access our online bill presentment portal.
