If you are moving out and would like to transfer your membership to a new owner, please fill out the form below or call us at 425-222-7003. Please have the following information ready:

  • Service address
  • Escrow closing date  and contact information for escrow company
  • Forwarding address and contact information.

**ALWA charges a $75.00 membership transfer fee to the seller

If you are moving in and need to establish service, please fill out the form below or call us at 425-222-7003. Please have the following information ready:

  • Service address
  • Escrow closing date  and contact information for escrow company
  • Mailing address, if different from service address
  • Phone numbers and email address
  • MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • Will the sale be going through an escrow company? If yes: name and contact of escrow company.

ALWA and the Washington State Department of Health require a Water Use Data Sheet (WUDS) to be filled out and returned to the office to finalize your new membership. Click here for a pdf of the form. Or contact the office to have one sent to you.
